All Creatures Hospital offers Puppy & Kitten Packages for all pets between 6 - 20 weeks of age, to help you ensure the health of the new addition to your family! The following information lists all treatments included in our Puppy & Kitten Packages.

Each package includes two examinations with the doctor. Your pet will receive a thorough health exam and evaluation at their first visit and again at the 16 weeks of age visit. Your pet will be scheduled with the veterinary technician staff for booster vaccinations and dewormings during the in-between visits.(Any emergencies and sick pet visits are not included in the package.)
